Essay

The dissertation is devoted to increase of the pyrovidicon characteristics (responsivity, signal noise ratio, resolution) by the optimization of the pyrovidicon parameters. In work the increase of the spatial and temperature resolution of infrared cameras necessary using detectors with high detectivity, small pixel and short time constant is proved. The mathematics model of the pyrovidicon signal forming was founded. The optimization of the pyrovidicon main parameters and working conditions for obtaining of maximum out signal was made.
