Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the issues of creating of personnel policy of air companies. In the work a new method of approach to elaboration of strategy of creating of personnel policy is worked out. The main components for determination of strategy of the personnel policy of air companies are established. The methodical approaches and calculative models for their elaboration are proposed, by results of which the air companies can elaborate their own strategy of personnel policy. In the work a conception of forming of skill occupational composition of specialists in accordance with tendencies of scientific progress and a comprehensive methodical approach concerning determination of the long-term demand for training of specialists, and also an approach to elaboration of the strategy of creating of personnel policy, are proposed.
