Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the complex analysis of physical properties of anodic oxide films of aluminium by the following instruments as Photoluminescence (PL), Thermostimulated luminescence (TSL), Thermostimulated exoelectron emission (TSEE) and Luminescence in electrolytic vane (LEV). The influence of the various factors on these phenomena have been studied, like surface treatment in aqueous non-organic solutions, g -rays radiation, surface's contact to a transparent dielectric medium, or to the solutions, mentioned above. The all studied phenomena are raised due to the molecular or ion-radicals adsorption on the active oxide's surface, though the g -rays or humidity rate can influence the adsorption rate. As a result a system of drops of adsorption nature appears; the light- and exosum are stored on them. Energetic positions of the drops of the both types, as well as the necessity of the both types of ions participation in the luminescence and TSEE, a specific character of the g-ray influence onthe luminescence that leads to the temporary luminous intensity reduce were determined.
