Korol A. Efficacy of modified method of posterior hyaloidotomy in treatment of premacular hemorrhages with different ethiology.

Premacular hemorrhage (PH). Increase of efficiency of treatment of PH of different etiology by optimization of tactic of diagnostics and treatment. Method: ophthalmological, optical coherent tomography, fluorescent angiography. It is first shown that functional results of medicinal and laser treatment of patients with PH not always depends on volume and area of hemorrhage, eksponent dependences of renewal of visual acuity at medicinal and laser treatment of PH of a different etiology are first set. The first got scientific ground is application of laser technologies in treatment of PH of a different etiology and possibilities of optical coherent tomography are first certain in diagnostics and dynamic supervision of patients with PH . The method of laser treatment of premacular hemorrhage is modified. Tactic of conduct of patients with premacular hemorrhage of different etiology is developed. Results of work introduce at 4 ophthalmological institute of Ukraine. Efficiency of diagnostics and functional results of treatment are increased. The sphere of the use is medicine, ophthalmology.
