Zborovska O. Efficacy of new method of diagnostic and laser treatment of the patients with central chorioretinitis.

Central chorioretinitis. To promote efficiency of treatment of central chorioretinitis (CCR) by development of objective quantitative diagnostic methods and new method of laser treatment. Methods: ophthalmological, clinical, consultation of contiguous specialists. Laser oftalmokoagulator. A new information is got in relation to a different degree and dynamics of fluorestsents of hearth of CCR in different degrees of development of process before and after treatments. The bulge of retina is set in area of hearth to beginning of treatment and its thinning in area of scar. Efficiency of selective laser coagulation is shown and the differences of chorioretinal scar at medicinal treatment and different types of laser treatment are set. A new method of laser coagulation of CCR is developed, optimum complex of laboratory researches in etiologic diagnostics, method of objective quantitative estimation of fluorescent angyogram, optimum complex of methods of diagnostics and treatment of patients with CCR. Methodof laser coagulation of CCR introduce in four ophthalmological institution of Ukraine. Diagnostic and functional results of treatment are increase. The sphere of the use is medicine, ophthalmology.
