Essay

Diabetic maculopathy. Increase of efficiency of treatment of diabetic maculopathy (DMP) by development of new methods of diagnostics and differentiated approaches to laser treatment. Methods: ophthalmological standart, optical coherent tomography, fluorescent angiography. Advantages of method of individual selection of laser energy for treatment of DMP are first shown by the method of microfluorescent angioscopy above existing, the thickness of retina of macular area in a norm and at saccharine diabetes, possibilities of optical coherent tomography for early diagnostics of edema forms of DMP, efficiency of selective laser coagulation at different types of edema forms of DMP is first shown. The method of selective laser coagulation of pigmental epithelium of retina is developed. A foveo-central coefficient for early diagnostics of edema of macular area, testimonies to conducting of selective laser coagulation of pigmental epithelium of retina at DMP is developed. Tactic of optimum laser treatment of different forms of edema DMP is offered. Basic results of work introduce at 4 ophthalmological institute of Ukraine. Diagnostics and functional results of treatment are increase. The sphere of the use is medicine, ophthalmology.
