Prokhach N. Diagnosis and correction of immune and adaptation disorders in patients with breast and uterine body cancer at various stages of combined treatment

The work is devoted to establishing the regularities of im-mune and adaptation disorders development at various stages of combined treatment with the purpose to improve the quality of life of the patients. Primary examination al-lowed to distinguish 5 types of immunograms which sig-nificantly differ from each other. Post-operative radiother-apy depressed the state of the immune system at four va-rieties of immunograms. Pre-operative radiation therapy suppresses at all varieties of immunograms. Surgical stress and radiation therapy aggravate the adaptation dis-orders thus increasing the group of the patients with ex-hausted adaptation reserve of the organism. At presence of confirmed data about adaptation and immune disorders, accompanying immune correcting therapy should be ad-ministered together with the use of adaptogens.
