Essay

The variance of phonon states in crystals ZnP2 and CdP2 is explored in a thesis. Irreducible representations of groups of wave vectors for different points of Brillouin zone enantiomorphe shapes of crystals ZnP2 and CdP2 -modifications are constructed. Selection rules for obertones and the composed tones are designed. Improved dispersion curves of phonon bands for crystals ZnP2 and CdP2 are constructed. Raman for crystals ZnP2 of monoclinic modification for the first time it is experimentally explored.
