The Dissertation is devoted to the study of history geotectonic development, geological shape and determination of perspectives of presence oil and gas of membering region of Voronezh crystal solid and Donetsk folded structure. The character was traced and determined the mark of neo-tectonic development of terrain and specified the structure-tectonic and the presence of oil and gas demarkation. Specified geological shape and differentiated estimation perspectives of the presence of oil and gas of each membering's terrain, on the basis of what, specified the concrete directions of exploration works and certain recommendations of their introduction were outspoken.
