Essay

The friction type separator for cleaning of oil seeds crops. Increasing of oil seeds crops cleaning process efficiency from catchweeds by the development of the new friction type separator construction and substantiaton of constructive-technological parameters of its working units. The researching methods are mathematical modelling, differential calculation, a probability theory, mathematical statistics. The mechanical-technological pecularities of the rape seeds crops motion on the working unit surface covered by the textile material and the vibrator-shaking dinamics are theoretically determined. The new friction type separator construction is developed. The constructive-technological and kinematic parameters of rape seeds cleaning process are researched and substantiated. The phenomenon of catchweeds seeds catching on the determined textyle surface is researched the first time. The signs of seeds mixture separation on the textile surface are defined. The mathematical model of the process of clampingof the whole seeds mixture to the working unit surface is developed. The above mentioned construction can be used in research scientific organizations and high educational institutions.
