Kushnir Y. Efficiency of freight railway transportations in Ukraine under the conditions of globalization

3Theoretical and practical result. The essence and interrelations of such notions as "the efficiency of freight railway transportations" and "the efficiency of international freight railway transportations" taking into account the specific of transport development has been determined and revealed. The structural elements of complex approach as to the increasing the efficiency of freight railway transportations in Ukraine has been systemized. The notion "international transport corridors" taking into account the principles of logistics has been cleared out. The expediency of optimization of national network structure of international corridors by means of including it into new railway directions has been proved and the composition of these directions has been determined.The criteria of the estimation of transport enterprise work efficiency evaluation taking into account deduction expenditures and renewal of rolling stock and property forms of transport means has been determined. The formula f determining the efficiency of enterprise transport means usage, depending upon the owner of transport means has been offered. The expediency of specialized operator of internal freight transportations creations with the aim of activisation of drawing investments process for renewal of rolling stock has been grounded.
