The improvement of the residual member in a problem about number of the whole points in oval is received. The asymptotic formula for summation function associated with quantity of representations of natural number by the sum of three cubes in an arithmetic progression is found. Asymptotic behavior of the sum of signs in base of canonic numerical system of a ring of integer Gaussian numbers is investigated
