Essay

The thesis deals with investigation of phase equilibria in quasi-ternary systems Сu(Ag)2Se - CdSe - In2Se3. The existence of new quaternary compounds Cu0,6Cd0,7In6Se10 and Ag0,4Cd0,4In6,3Se10 was established. Crystal structure of Cu0,6Cd0,7In6Se10, CuIn7Se11, 4Т polytypes CdIn2Se4 was established. Electrical and optical properties were investigated for samples from the regionof the existence of quaternary phase. Cu1-хCdхIn1-хSe2-х, де 0,52<x<0,78.
