Essay

The object are singular perturbed systems of liner differential equations with slowly changing coefficients and degenerate matrix near derivative; by the method of the theory of transforming matrices we developed a general algorithm for the receiving the formal solution of rational and integer ranges systems with different type of roots of the characteristic equation (including the turning point); it is made by means of perturbed characteristic equation; the asymptotic characteristics of the obtain result are investigated
