The manuscript with the results of clinical studies of 150 patients (260 eyes), aimed to defect the nature of eye ball distention in one of the meridians, growing worse in hemophtalmic characteristics and probability of development periferal vitreoretinal distrophy is to detend. The mathematical model of probability PVCRD has been worked out. The algorithm to prevent and cure is worked out. Scleroplastical surgery, kryoretinopexia and revascularization has been aplied.
