Hudzan N. Gut microbiocenosis, tissue immunity and vitamin supply status in children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology during treatment at the resort Truskavets.

The thesis is dedicated to sanatorium-and-spa treatment, biological preparations and multivitamins influence on gut microbiocenosis, vitamin supply and tissue immunity in children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology during sanatorium-and-spa rehabilitation at the resort Truskavets. It has been proved that water-soluble vitamins blood concentration and their daily urinary excretion reduction as well as reduction of tissue immunity level against a background of gut dysbiosis of different severity is characteristic of children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology. Balneotherapeutic treatment using "Naftusya" and "Mariya" mineral water contributes to general children's health condition improvement, however does not lead to normalization of the above-mentioned operation sectors. A new approach has been adopted to the problem of sanatorium-and-spa rehabilitation improvement of children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology by additional impared gut microbiocenosis and vitamin supply correction during sanatorium-and-spa rehabilitation at the resort of Truskavets.
