Savchuk-Polischuk T. Competitiveness of Machine Building Products on the External Markets

Object of research: a machine-building industry of Ukraine as compound of the world market of mechanical engineering. The purpose of dissertational work are development and perfection of methodological principles and methodical approaches to an estimation of competitiveness of production of industrial assignment in the international markets by the example of production of mechanical engineering. Methods of research: a dialectic method of scientific knowledge, general scientific methods of knowledge: the analysis and synthesis, the comparative analysis and generalization, the system approach. Theoretical results: development of theoretical positions and methodical approaches to a quantitative estimation of competitiveness of production of mechanical engineering on foreign markets. Practical results: the approaches developed by the author on construction of quantitative integrated estimations and carrying out of the comparative analysis of a level of competitiveness of production the mechanical engineering, will allow to marketing services of the machine-building enterprises, to branch institutes, the organizations of a corresponding structure to reveal objective positions of estimated production on the certain segments of the market, to establish factors of competitiveness, including international, to determine weak places in activity on promotion of production on the world markets and to develop recommendations on increase of competitiveness of given production. Scientific novelty: the system of base concepts of the theory of a competition is specified due to introduction of concept «product’s competitiveness of the enterprise »; the structure of economic interactions of the industrial enterprises is determined during functioning the industrial enterprise as subject of foreign trade activities and the economic nature of such interactions; methodological principles of an estimation of a level of competitiveness of production as systems of mutually conditioned requirements to properties of such estimations and methods of their construction are formulated; the method of an estimation of competitiveness of production of mechanical engineering on foreign markets is developed doubly - connected; the stochastic approach to the comparative analysis of a level of competitiveness of production of mechanical engineering on foreign markets is offered; for the first time the task of the comparative analysis of competitiveness of production of mechanical engineering of Ukraine in the market of the Baltics and the CIS is put and solved. Degree of introduction: recommendations of the author are introduced in practical activities of the State enterprise « Factory after the name of Malyshev» (Kharkov), Stock exclange "Azovstal" (Mariupol), Deportament of international relations and international economic activities of Donetsk oblast administration, Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber of Ukraine, are used in educational process of Donetsk National University, have come in the program « Donetsk oblast - 2010 » and programs« Donetsk oblast - 2020 ».
