Bulbenuk S. Neoliberal models of modernizing in the societies of transit type.

In a thesis the evolution of becoming and further development neoliberaly ideas of a system, and also singularity of a practical embodiment neoliberaly of the designs of holding of socioeconomic reforms in the societies of a transit type at the crisis moments of their development is analysed. Neoliberalism is considered in quality different conceptually. The basic stages of development neoliberaly of ideology and practice on an example of the analysis polytyc of a content of reforms of "New course" of F. D. Rousvelt and becoming "Welfare state" leading and most authoritative concept modern neoliberalism. The thesis is justified what neoliberalism is one of ideological bases consciousness of post-modern. On the basis of the analysis modernizing of processes, which were conducted last decade in Ukraine and Russia, the basic problems of systemic transformations in these countries are chosen. The paths of escaping of the usual situation are offered is a choice by ruling elites of both countries newliberaly of the strategy of development of the society.
