. The objeсt: microbodies of Сandida yeasts cell. The aim: investigation of microbody biogenesis and someother regulatory mechanisms of their homeostasis duringutilization of different carbone compounds in C. kefir ВКМУ-209. Disertation is divoted also to study ofbiodestructional potential in Candida yeasts that based onperoxisomal spliting of oil hydrocarbons and is divoted tochoice of strains-destructors of oil, perspective for usingwith aim of cleaning of enviroment from oil pollutions. Methods of studies: microbiological , biochemical, spectrophotometrical, electron microscopical and statistical.Induction of microbody biogenesis during growth onlactose, ethanol, ethylamine, oleate and oil hydrocarbons inC. kefir ВКМ У-209 was showed first. Four active strains-destructors of oil hydrocarbons was chose after investigations of biodestructional capability of Candida yeasts. Destruction of wide spectrum of oil hydrocarbons by strains-destructors was revealed first. Four strains-destructors was suggested to use in complex thanks to theirintersupllementary biodestructional capabilities for solution problem. Field of application: microbiology and removing of oil pollution
