The research is based upon the analysis of the functioning of the chamber of commerce and industry institute and institution according to the institutional theory. The study points out the main macro-, microeconomic and institutional factors influencing the total amount of services provided by regional chambers of commerce and industry. The perspectives of the modern CCI models development and the possibilities of the domestic model's convergence and unification with the continental CCI model are estimated.
