Essay

The dissertation is devoted to antimicrobial screening among heterocyclic onic metallocenes derivatives. It's been determined influence of 52 substance to refferent and clinical microorganism strains. Toxity, cummulation and allergenic action of some derivative are investigated in sharp and chronic experiments. The formation of resistance to most active substance was investigated. The inhibition of microorganisms adhesion process by heterocyclic metalliocenes derivatives is proved. Heterocyclic (-ferrocenilalkylated compaunds show precise antianemic effect. The opportunity to designing a new antimicribial medicinal preparation with versatile action using heterocyclic onic metallocenes derivatives had been grounded.
