Cheban O. An influence of disjunctive dislocations on forming conditions of hydrocarbon deposits in the north-western part of the Outer zone of the Carpathian Foredeep

The objects are disjunctive dislocations and connected with them oil and gas deposits of the north-western part of the Carpathian Foredeep; the aims to specify the structure and systematize of disjunctive dislocations, determine the reasons of the tectonic screening of hydrocarbon deposits and the role of disjunctive dislocations in the formation of these deposits; the methods are structural, lithology-facial, formational, comparative-tectonic analyses and analysis of the development of gas deposits; the new approach - the structure of disjunctive dislocations was closer defined as well as their spatial location, tectonic significance and type, the reasons of tectonic screening for different lithology-stratigraphical complexes of rocks were ascertained, the role of the Stebnyk thrust in the process of the formation of gas deposits was determined; the results - zonality for the distribution of hydrocarbon deposits according to their phase state and the amount depending on distribution of the regional disjunctive dislocations was defined, that enables us to substantiate geological models of the objects on the early stages of prospecting and exploring for oil and gas and predict the production quality before the drilling; the perspective areas for hydrocarbon deposits prospecting were recommended; the field is Prospecting, Exploring and Development of Hydrocarbon Deposits.
