Vasylyuk V. The efficiency of the complex treatment of gastric and duodenal peptic ulcers associated with Нelicobacter pylori.

The dissertation is devoted to improving the diagnostics quality of treating 155 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers associated with Нelicobacter pylori. There have been evaluated the disease clinical course dependence upon morphofunctional changes in gastric and duodenal membrane and Hp insemination level of the mucous membranes. Clinic laboratory efficiency of the suggested method while using erbisol of treating patients with ulcers has been estimated. The oral administration of aethonium was being combined with the local using aethonium solution (ulcer irrigation through endoscope and electrophoresis). Of completing the suggested therapy there have been estimated the improvement of the disease clinical course and Hp eradication in 83,9 – 87,1 percent of all cases as well as normalization of the secretory, motor and evacuator function of the stomach. After aetonii monotherapy there considerably improved submicroscopic structure of the connective tissue of the mucous membrane proper plate, microcirculatory flow and the transportation of the substances from pericapillary tissues into the blood flow, as well as decreased precapillary edema.
