The thesis is dedicated to analysis of a sintering process with the purpose of the idealized substantiation and mining of the practical guidelines of productivity of an enriched open-hearth slag as a substitute of natural iron-ore raw materials at an agglomeration sintering, that allows to economize iron-bearing materials and fuel. Investigation object - blending practice to sintering a sinter and manufacture of a sinter. Investigation subject - enriched open-hearth slag by fineness of aggregate up to 10 mm and capability of its application at an agglomeration sintering. Research techniques - During performance of work there were utilized generally accepted and standard techniques of exploration both definition of the chemical and physical characteristics of stuffs, methods of a design of experiments and methods of mathematical statistics at treatment of outcomes of experiments. Are designed by a fundamentals of an agglomeration sintering with introduction in mix material of technogenic waste containing metal iron in a complex with slag-forming. Are determined of idealized regularity of oxidizing of metal iron which is included in makeup of an enriched open-hearth slag, which one flows past in a hyperthermal zone, fire blanket of fuel and shaping of a sinter in conditions of varied temperatures and concentrating of oxygen, thus the thermal level of sintering and reasonable capability of shrinking of the consumption of firm fuel on an agglomeration sintering in quantity of 0,25-0,3 kg on 1 kg of entered metal iron is determined. The influence of the additives containing metal iron on quality of a received sinter is fixed. The relation of an angle diameter palletized agglomeration material from quantity of a product of upgrading of an open-hearth slag by fineness of aggregate less than 10 mm is obtained. Is designed the "know-how" of a sinter envisioning usage of an enriched open-hearth slag in quantities up to 80 kg on ton of a sinter. The designed "know-how" of a sinter can be utilized at the metallurgicaloperations with agglomerate and Martin manufactures, designed techniques - in educational process at opening-up of engineering staff.
