Object: patients who underwent osteoplastic reconstruction of the dental alveola after tooth extraction with subsequent dental implantation, animals with defects of bone tissue of the angle of mandibule; aim – replacement of alveolar sockets after tooth extraction with xenobiomaterial and bone autotransplant for dental implantation;; methods: clinical, X-ray, ultrasonografic echoosteometri, granulometri, microbiological examination, pathohistological examination; novelty: we propose a method of layered osteoplastic reconstruction of dental alveola after tooth extraction with the use of xenobiological material – eggshell powder and dental implantation; results: we studied direct and long-term clinical, X-ray and echoosteometric results of osteoplastic of post-extraction dental alveoli in dental implantation; implemented: in dental surgery units and clinics. field: dentistry.
