Essay

National economic potential which is positively influenced by the state and is realized on the global market under the conditions of hard international competition, state, international and corporate protectionism. Research into main characteristics of the modern paradigm of providing national competitiveness taking into account peculiarities of market transformation and globalization trends. Systematic analysis, dialectic method of cognition, induction and deduction, macroeconomic and comparative analysis. Theoretical foundations of establishing competitive national systems in the global economy have been described. Contradictions in the interrelations of transitive economies with transnational corporations and international economic organizations aimed at their optimization and effective development have been revealed. The evolution in approaches and methods of the state's influence on the economic development and competitiveness in global economic and institutional environment has been studied. A hen national competitive model defining geostrategic conditions of development, stating innovation priorities and measures of export potential development, activating home and foreign investments, currency and finance provision has been worked out for Ukraine. The results of the thesis have been introduced in practice at the Ministry for Economy and European integration of Ukraine and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. State administration bodies research institutes and higher educational institutions.
