The dissertation is devoted to questions of formation of strategy of development of transport agencies. The mechanism offered in the given dissertation enables is system to approach to formation of strategy of development of transport agency. On the basis of the offered methodical approaches it is developed system of the purposes, and also requirements and characteristics of economic development of transport agencies, methodical positions on formation of strategy of development of transport agencies are developed in view of features of airlines and the airports. It is established special aspect which is necessary for taking into account to take into account at formation of strategy of development of transport agency - interaction of strategy of development of airlines and the airports.
