Essay

Thesis deals with research and elaboration of economic methods of regulation of the motor and tractor market insurance in Ukraine. The author has analyzed in the work approaches to determining the essence and the role of transport insurance in today's society, on the basis of which it was proposed the pattern of modeling the processes of managing motor and tractor market in the conditions of globalization of insurance relations. Models of methods of regulating motor and tractor insurance in Ukraine were elaborated. A comprehensive assessment of legal and regulatory base related to motor and tractor insurance, of transport risks, of economic and methodical approach to the methods of tariffication of motor and tractor risks have been carried out.
