Object – working capacity of the fuel gear of the engines of diesel locomotives; purpose – increase of efficiency of work of diesel engine diesels due to the increase of capacity of their fuel apparatus by a hydrodynamic dispersion fuel; methods – analytical, statistical, design, the forced tests, spectral, metallography and rentgenostrukturniy analysis, theory of similarity; novelty – influencing of degree of dispersion of particles of mechanical admixtures being found in a diesel fuel is set, on his properties, as an oiling liquid; results – it is shown, that the use of hydrodynamic disperser for treatment of diesel fuel is instrumental in the increase of capacity of fuel apparatus of diesel engine diesels; introduction on the enterprises of the South and Odessa railways is planned; field – exploitation of mobile composition of railways
