Essay

The thesis is dedicated to problems of welding fused fluxes manufacturing in a context of formation of waste and returning them back in a work cycle. In a thesis the properties of these waste are investigated. The causes of presence of a difficultly removed moisture, effecting quality of the flux, are established. The technology of a dehydration of slime of a gas purification is proposed and its parameters are scientifically justified. The behavior of water dissolved in a melt of dross of a hydrated silicon oxide is studied. The behavior of sulfur, which present in slime of a gas purification during a charge melting process, is investigated. The technique of calculation of technological parameters of a welding flux smelting process using low-grade raw materialis is designed. The conforming computer system is offered. The main results of this research were applied to manufacturing of welding fused fluxes, which has allowed to raise essentially the level of the resources economy and to reduce a technogenic environmental load.
