Essay

Posttraumatic eye inflammation. Increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with penetrating eye injuries. Methods: pharmacological; biochemical; general electroretinography; visometry, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy. Spectrophotometer "SP-46", ophthalmoscope. The efficiency for prevention of secondary alteration of eye tissues and fibrosis formation in experiment is first shown. The method of posttraumatic eye inflammation treatment by paracetamol phonophoresis is developed; its efficiency in patients with penetrating eye injuries is first shown. The main results of work are introducted in Chernivtsi RCH, Chernivtsi RMDC, Donetsk Centre "Eye Microsurgery". Increase of efficiency of treatment results due to disappeare of eye posttraumatic inflammation in 63-84% patients in the early terms. The sphere of the use is medicine, ophthalmology.
