Koval P. Financial Providing for Development of Agrarian Science and Higher Education.

Object of research: financial activity of higher establishments of education and research establishments and their relations with the customers of educational services and scientific products.The purpose of research: development scientifically motivated proposals and recommendations in relation to forming of priority sources of the financial providing of development of agrarian science and higher education in the modern terms of menage.Methods: dialectical of cognition, of theoretical search, pracsimetrical, economy-statistical, of results enlargement, quantitative of analysis and computation-normative method.Theoretical and practical results: essence, principles, forms, kinds and classification of financing of charges, is define on functioning of establishments of education and science; experience of functioning of the treasury system of implementation of budget is generalized in part of financing of establishments of education and science; the sources of financial resources of agrarian science and higher education are define in the conditions of market economy; modern tendencies and regularity of the financial providing of development of agrarian science and higher education are exposed; foreign experience of the financial providing of science and education is generalized with the purpose of his application in domestic terms; methodological approaches are offered in relation to the motivation of payments for educational services and its parameters are definition; motivated proposals in relation to diversification of sources of financing and state adjusting of development of agrarian science and higher education.Scientific novelty: theoretical generalization of bases of development and rise of efficiency of functioning of agrarian science and higher education.
