Essay

An object is a process of education of horizontal mining holes by the vibration working organ of piercing options. An aim is a ground of rational parameters of vibration working organ depending on the mechanical descriptions of soil. Research methods: are based on the basic positions of theory of vibrations, equalizations of mechanics of continuous environment and soil mechanics the Experimental researches include the methods of physical design and raising an experiment. Apparatus: vibratory apparatus ВИ6-6ТН with sensors of vibrations ДВ-1СВ, ДВ-1СГ, manometers, dynamic float. Theoretical and practical results - be exposed to conformity to the law of conduct of vibration working organ in the operating condition. A new method of engineering computation of vibration working organ depending on the mechanical descriptions of soil is developed. Novelty: First a conformity to the law of motion of vibration working organ of piercing is set options, equipped by the vibration pricking head with mounted vibratory circular vibrations as a result of study of co-operation of vibration working organ and soil presented as a system with the distributed parameters and rational parameters of vibration working organ of piercing are grounded options. Results are inculcated at ITESU "Нефтегазстройизоляция". An application region is a construction of pipelines.
