Essay

There are presented the results of theoretical and experimental researches, directed on developing of theoretical bases and technology of deposition of corrosive resistant coverings on magnium-containing aluminum alloys by anode-spark method in alkaline electrolytes. Determined coverage forming conformities to natural laws, its functional descriptions dependency on electric and technological modes of process, alloy and electrolyte composition, specified an anode-spark coverage formation mechanism. Explored corrosively-electrochemical coverage properties in alkaline, neutral and acidic environments. On base of obtained results there was developed a technological scheme, optimal process modes, effectiveness of offered technology and its economic expediency was prooved.
