Object - process of introduction of modern services of communication, ways of an estimation of their economic efficiency. The purpose - development of the theoretical and methodical approaches to research of an economic efficiency of modern информационно-communication services. Methods - logic analysis, economic analysis, statistical analysis, modeling. Novelty - for the first time is carried out general association of traditional and marketing research receptions for the analysis of efficiency of modern services and market of services of communication, the essence of a difference between traditional and marketing methods of the analysis is determined. Results - the fundamental theory of an estimation of efficiency of new communication services are reviewed: methods and ways of an estimation of efficiency of new communication services; the research is conducted and the marketing estimations of efficiency of new communication services in branch of communication of Ukraine are executed.
