An object is dynamic process the vibration machines; The work deals with development the calculation methods for dynamic parameters of the vibrators with nonlinear asymmetric characteristic of elastic restrictions and biharmonic excitation; aim of the work is to increase efficiency and to create new vibration machines. New calculation charts of vibrosystems, which include both nonlinear asymmetric characteristic of elastic restrictions and biharmonic excitation, and allow to extend substantially dynamic possibilities due to rational choice of dynamic parameters, are offered firstly. Designer developments, theoretical and experimental researches in industrial and laboratory conditions are executed on example of the railway vibration materials unloader and of a model tank with built-in horizontal vibrotray. The proposed method for calculation of nonlinear oscillating systems allows to get dependence for basic dynamic parameters in analytical form.; industry - Dynamics and Durability of Machines.
