Object of research: integration processes in the world market of technologies. The purpose of dissertational work is perfection of theoretical approaches and development of practical recommendations and offers on expansion of participation of Ukraine in integration processes in system of the international technological exchange. Methods of research: a logic and dialectic method of knowledge, methods of the statistical and economic analysis, methods of comparison and classifications, mathematical methods of modelling. Theoretical results will consist in development of scientific - methodical positions and recommendations on expansion of integration interaction of Ukraine in system of the international technological exchange. Practical results will consist in a substantiation of approaches to expansion of integration interaction of Ukraine in system of the international technological exchange and development of methodical recommendations concerning increase of efficiency of foreign trade activities of domestic manufacturers in the world market of technologies. Scientific novelty: the principle of integration interaction of the countries of the world in system of the international technological exchange is determined; approaches to segmentation of the market of technologies are advanced; features of commercial forms of the international technological exchange are established; the method of definition of effect from export of technology is offered; has got the further development the approach by definition of effect from import of technology the innovative or investment project; the model of decision-making concerning a kind of the export agreement on sale of technology is developed.
