The thesis concerns the problems of grounding of parameters of hydrodynamic mode when mines are being closed to assure technologically and ecologically safe mode of their flooding taking into account nonstationary elastic filtration mode and field of filtration potential that defines the period of water drainage necessity and approaches to select the plan of water control. Plan of water control while using grouping and monitoring mode of hydrodynamic buffer zones is applied for the project of liquidation of mines in the Central basin of Donbass. Predicting reduce of exploitation expenses to liquidate mines is 800 to 1500 thousand UAH per year.
