Essay

The dissertation resolves a scientific-practical problem - creation of effective automatic system for monitoring and controlling of river ecological pollution. Proposed complete system for monitoring and controlling allows to solve such problems. To built such system the mathematical model of biochemical polluted river with many inflows was worked out. Artificial neural networks were used in estimation process of river state.
