The dissertation is devoted to creation of information technologies of diagnostic, estimation and prognosis of state of electromechanical devices basing on using of neural networks. The new information technology lies in combination of mathematical models, electromechanical devices and artificial neural networks. Mathematical models of devices are used for forming of database and are used in the capacity of supervisors of neural network.
