Kulya O. The perinatal factors of risk allergy infants

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of eleboration of effective prevention and treatment of allergy in newborns based on stadies of perinatal causes of its development.168 infants have been examined.Clinical investigation, immunological test, specific allergyc test in vitro, biocenosis of intestine have been conducted.For the time, it was carried out a complex investigation concerning peculiarities of allergy occurrence and development in newborns. The results of investigation proved, that allergy is often observed in newborns with complicated allergyc and obstetric anamnesis, complex of unfavorable antenatal factors, perinatal pathology, disbiotic defection of intestine microflora.It was proved that abuse of obligate allergens during pregnancy and breast feeding by woman raised the risk of her child development. Breast-feeding during first 30 minutes of child's life and exclusive breast-feeding decreased the risc of allergy development. The method of individual prognosis of allergy development in newborns was proposed. There were described the peculiarites of clinical of allergy in newborns. It was proved that increased level of Ig E in cord blood and peripheral blood, descreased level of Ig A in blood serum are specific for allergic diseases in neonatal period. Methods of allergy disease treatment in newborns and prevention of allergy in babies were proposed.
