Object – the patient with simultaneous injures of pelvis, hip region and femur. The purpose – make better treatment results of the patient with simultaneous injures of pelvis, hip region and femur in the acute period of trauma by means of the elaboration of the algorithm of medical diag-nostic measures on the basis of the estimate severity state of injured, introducing of the injury violation stability score and the perfection of the external fixation technology and devices. The device of the external fixation of the combined trauma of pelvis, hip region and femur was developed, that allows minimizing the traumatic stabilization of the injured seg-ments in the acute period of a trauma.By results of the research the diagnostics and rendering assistance algorithm to injured with combined injuries of pelvic bone and femur in acute period of a trauma is elabo-rated. Use of the offered algorithm with the regard for the definition of the dominating injury and estimation of sever-ity of the pelvic and femur injuries, based on the mark scale of stability of the pelvic ring, and severity of the common state of the injured in view of criterion ±Т has allowed the choosing the optimum method and the scope of the treatment in each concrete case. Its using in the emer-gency department has enabled to reduce the mortality on 13,1%. The use of the offered device of the external fixation has allowed to decrease the mortality of the injured with simul-taneous combined trauma of pelvis, hip region and femur with severe and very severe common state on 23,5 %.The described recommendations were used in practical application on the traumatology department of the Do-netsk’s clinical hospital № 14, Kramatorsk’s clinical hos-pital № 3, Shachtyorsk’s Central strictical hospital, Ar-tyomovsk’s Central strictical hospital, Amvrosievra’s Cen-tral strictical hospital, clinical hospitals № 9 and Regional clinical hospitals Lugansk city.
