Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to problems of wideband magnetic recording technic development. Amorphous alloys, based on cobalt were proposed for wideband magnetic heads (WMH). Large fields of anysotrophy (inside magnetic fields) were developed in alloys with nearly zero magnetostryction. Connection of these fields with magnetic properties, temperature and time stability and with working characteristics of WMH was mounted. The reliablity of WMH with annealing amorphous alloys for a long time (18 years) is guaranteed by results of investigations. Main results of this work were used under making of WMH for apparature of figure magnetic recording, which was ensured precise and longtime recording with high density (1100-1312 bit/mm), wavelength 1,2...1,3 mcm, (clock rate (1 MHz).
