Grebin O.P. Means to increase the efficiency of the process of restoration and recovery of phonograms. - Manuscript. The dissertation for a Candidate degree in Technical Science, Specialty 05.09.08 Applied Acoustics and Audio Engineering. - National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2021. The dissertation is devoted to increasing the efficiency of restoration and recovery of analog phonograms recorded on magnetic, mechanical and photographic media. The analysis of phonograms, features of creation of analog phonograms on the corresponding carrier, the analysis of artifacts of analog phonograms arising from storage, repeated reproduction and specific features of carriers and the means of increase the efficiency of process of restoration and recovery of phonograms for the further storage and reproduction in various areas of application. The classification of analogues of analog phonograms is improved, the criteria of phonogram quality assessment after restoration and recovery are defined, the instrumental method of objective phonogram quality assessment is improved, the phonogram quality criterion is introduced - artifact/signal ratio, the conceptual model of phonogram restoration and recovery method is proposed restoration of phonograms, conducted experimental studies of the parameters of analog phonograms, which are converted into digital form and entered into the computer.
