Essay

Thesis is devoted to the complex research of actual theoretical and practical matters of higher educational establishments of Ukraine cadets’ discipline organizational and legal guaranteeing improvement. The concept of the process, which is carried out in higher educational establishments, its theoretical grounds and practical aspects of functioning has been revealed in this work. Peculiarities of cadets’ adaptation process to the conditions of the higher educational establishment of a closed type, the factors, which have influence on this process and lead to the violations of official discipline have been elucidated. The author has researched organizational and legal process management, estimation made by the leaders of cadets’ groups, violations of official discipline and their correspondence to normative and legal requirements. The author has proved the temporal change of the factors, which have influence on the process of cadets’ adaptation from the first year of study till the final year and interrelation between adaptation processes and existing violations of official discipline. Peculiarities of legal regulation of discipline process have been analyzed in this work. The author has paid special attention to the positive and negative aspects of disciplinary responsibility and to the latent factor of the violations of official discipline. The author has determined the place and the role of educational establishments’ leaders and leaders of cadet’s groups in guaranteeing official discipline and cadets’ upbringing.
