Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of diagnostics and treatment of the penetrated corneascleral eye wounds. During the experiment on the penetrated corneascleral wound model it was determined that the local application of 1% flurenizide ointment makes for the rapid elimination of the inflammatory reaction and the formation of the less intensive cornea scars. The new objective method of the determination of neovascularization cornea area gives an opportunity to control wound healing and to determine the treatment efficiency. The application of the new instrument "canule - palette"under the microsur-gical treatment of the penetrated corneascleral wounds prevents the iris prolapse in the wound. First it was clinically determined that the development of proliferative process in the eye cavity begins on the third - fourth day after the penetrated corneascleral wound complicated by hemophtalm.
