Vibration mixer for high quality application of premixes into foodstuffs. To improve the process of application of premixes into foodstuffs and to increase their homogeneity by means of designing and investigation into the vibration mixer with improved technical and economical properties. The methods of investigation are mathematical modeling, differential accounting and mathematical statistics. It has been determined the range of indices for a range coefficient of the container vibration under which power use and nonhomogeneity of a mixture are the minimum. It has been proposed to use the container vibration energy for driving the nonvibrating blade shaft. It has been designed the mathematical model of the vibration mixer with two pendulum transformer of the vibration container motion into the rotary motion of the nonvibrating blade shaft. It has been made a new construction of the vibration mixer. It has been defined the amplitudes of the container vibration and the mixer drive power. It has been achieved decrease of preparation time by 2,3-2,5 times, power use - by 1,8-2,1 times and improvement of the mixture homogeneity into 4-5 times, all these characteristics being confirmed by the productive introduction. It is intended to be used on farms, poultry farms, livestock breeding complexes, foodstuff enterprises.
