Object of Research is the technologies of renewing of details of agriculture technique with the help of vibrative deformation. Object of Research. The increasing of longterm serving of details and safety of agricultural technique, that works in the conditions of different level utilized capacity, with the help of their renewing with vibrative deformation. Methods of Research. Theoretical modeling of treating process, using of computer technologies, tenzometrition, statistical processing of information. Theoretical ang Practical Results. The technological process of renewing of piston pins and bushes of upper heads of fly-wheels of engines of cars, that work in mechanized agricultural complexes with the help of vibbrative deformation method, was worked out and involved into manufacturing process. Methods of evaluation of level of car capacity with the definition of their safety was proposed and approbated; also the technological process of renewing of detaliis, which provides decreasing of influence ofdeterioration of details, was theoretically and experimentally based.
