The object - 151 patients with cement-detached of unremovable dental prosthesis; the aim - to increase the efficiency of treatment of the patient with partial defect of teeth by fixed prosthesis using by improved methods of fixation's efficacy and look at obliquty of abutment teeth; the methods - clinicals, determination of obliquity of the abutment teeth, biophisical and technological experiment, statistics; the novelty - the main reasons of cement-detaching of unremovable dental prosthesis were established, the method of identification of the abutment teeth obliquity, the method of removing of the destroyed tooth stump, the combine method of dental prosthesis fixation were developed, the own algoritm of selection of the ortopoedic treatment of patients with decomposing unremovable dental prosthesis and the method of improvement of the fixation efficacy of the constructions fixated by stump's in lays were suggested; the results - the efficiency of suggesting methods for prevention of denture decomposing and its treatment were showed, ingraft in study and practical medicine; the field - medicine.
