Essay

The object – patients with gastropathy induced by nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs; the aim is to decrease frequency and severity of gastroduodenal mucous membrane lesion caused by NSAID; the methods are general-clinical, biochemical, instrumental – FEGDS with gastroduodenal mucous membrane biopsy, histomorphological methods and urease test for determination of Helicobacter pylori insemination degree, immunologic methods and index of NBT-test; the novelty is the further development to solve scientific tasks of diagnosis, prevention and therapy of gastroduodenal mucous membrane lesion caused by NSAID; results - it was proved the effectiveness of using of amizonum in patients with rheumatism and local periarticular therapy in form of lotion with simultaneous reducing of per oral taking of NSAID in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthrosis. This treatment decreased unfavourable influence of NSAID on the mucous membrane of the gastroduodenal zone; all this thesis has been introduced in training and medical practice.
